I’m LGBTQIA2S+ affirming!

Neurodiverse Couples and individuals

I work with couples where one or both partners are Autistic and/or ADHD, and I hold a neurodivergent-affirming approach.

I help couples recognize their negative patterns they’re stuck in (you know, that fight you’ve had a million times) and support them in conversations that are both productive and vulnerable. It’s through these conversations that couples rebuild trust and connection.

Understanding ADHD and Autism is vital to the work I provide to neurodiverse couples, honoring the different ways that brains work, while making sense of the conflict you find yourself in.

I also love working with ADHD or autistic individuals, especially when they find that neurodiversity is impacting their relationship.

Neurodiverse Families

I also work with couples who are parenting neurodivergent kids (many of whom are neurodivergent themselves). I know how tough it can be to navigate meeting the needs of everyone in your family, while trying to hold onto your connection in the midst of it all. I also provide therapy to neurodivergent teenagers.

Religious Trauma

I work with clients who have experienced religious trauma and are seeking a therapist familiar with religious systems and harmful theology both impact your sense of self and how you relate to others.

I support individual clients through experientially exploring their inner world and their relationships with others, finding new, freeing ways of relating to yourself, your own experience and with others.

Safe & Sound Therapy

Safe & Sound Protocol is a new therapy that uses filtered music to help regulate nervous systems. I am trained to administer it as part of the therapeutic process.
